I'm so happy you found your way here! Welcome to my Boston flower project! As you may have read on the homepage, I moved here from San Diego, CA (a magical place, with the best weather on planet Earth... yes, that is a meteorological fact and all weather-people agree) and I was pretty bummed having left my business behind. It's all my fault really... I have a thing for hot, smart guys and I married one that got accepted into Harvard, so no pity-party here! Any-who, since my husband is a full time grad student, I knew I would have to get a real adult full-time job and I just wrote off flowers all-together because starting a business is always a risky thing, and we needed a steady income. Welp, this whole "writing off flowers" thing lasted about a week, ha! I couldn't help it. So as soon as I arrived I started compiling my portfolio, researching business licences, and dreaming up an idea where flowers could co-exist with my current 9-5 job. And this is it! I need this energy and passion in my life to get me through the week.
I am kind of showing up out of thin air here in Boston. I have no connections and no network of creative people... no network of people really, that is something I will have to cultivate on my own, and my shy spirit is already kicking and screaming, but I bring this up to say that I don't expect for this to take off like crazy, I actually expect to be wading in still waters for quite a while before any real momentum, but I love flowers and I love business, so I need to be held accountable to keep growing and keep creating. You, vast reaches of the internet, or tiny corner of the web, are whom I am accountable to.
