This is Jon Paul and I trying to take a cute picture ice skating, but I ruined it. This is the most graceful fall I managed to pull off. Pretty classy.
For NYE we went to Jon Paul's friend's parent's house (I'll wait for you to catch up...) Okay. They have an INSANE house in Vermont complete with a pond in their backyard that freezes in the in the Winter. Her dad cleaned the pond off and they had tons of skate sizes to choose from for her party guests. It was such an amazing experience and made me miss my family. They would go nuts in such a cool house!
Pierre didn't go with us - which is good, it was too cold! Instead he stayed with our landlady. This was on a different snow day. That little snow 'stache kills me! It comes from digging in the snow and eating ice.
I grew paperwhites in a large Mexican cooking dish. This was the first one that popped up! My house smelled amazing for a couple of weeks.
Spending a ridiculously cold day with a friend at the MFA. There was a Frida painting! And I bought a Frida puzzle, I then made the border, left it out for a couple months and then put it away. Maybe next Winter I'll finish it?
Also, laundry. The mundane tasks of life... This is the prettiest landromat though, there are plants everywhere!
This sassy little betch. I went house hunting with a friend (like to rent, not buy. If I had friends who were starting to buy houses, I'd be so depressed) who found this listing on Craigslist and being the kind friend that I aspire to be, I made sure that if it was a murder trap, I'd go down with her, because really, what could I do? Anywho, renter not a murderer, just great taste in cats.
Blasting Chiodos and Underoath and wondering why his 9th grade boyfriend left him... Or I may just be projecting my own feelings onto my dog in this picture.
Hells yaaaas! (and I don't say "yaaaas" lightly). I shoveled this driveway in a couple of hours after a big snowstorm in my PJs. I made Jon Paul come outside and take a picture. I was fueled by a Beyonce playlist. I even made friends with all the men shoveling their driveways on my street. They gave me a cold beer to celebrate when I finished.
When I posted this picture on my FB, my mom was like "Wait, you don't even have a car!??" haha We shovel the driveway for our landlady since she is a bit older.
Driving back into Boston from... I don't remember. But there they are. The two Boston skyline staples: the Prudential building and that dome-y one. I hate them both. I hate this picture. I hate Boston in general. Ughhhhhhkndnofmcpoi3437(&%%!!
I leave you with that.
